Mayhem 2021 Home Opening Night Set

Macon, GA – Set your calendars Mayhem fans. The Macon Mayhem will officially return to the friendly confines of the Macon Coliseum on October 29, 2021. The reigning Coffey Cup champions will take to the ice looking to defend their regular season title from the abbreviated 2020-21 season. The Macon Mayhem will look to return a large number of players from last season’s record-setting team. Head Coach Kevin Kerr has already announced his protected list which can be found here.

Not only will the Macon Mayhem take to the ice to defend their regular season title, they will be doing so with a whole slew of arena upgrades. Most notably, the Macon Coliseum will be installing a video board that is sure to boost the overall fan experience.

“It’s always an exciting time for us when Opening Night is scheduled because it gives us a clear vision of what we are working toward,” said General Manager Blair Floyd. “After all of the upgrades coming this offseason, we are looking forward to what is sure to be the most fun year of Mayhem hockey yet. With a return to 100% capacity, we are thrilled to be welcoming back our die-hard fans and hopefully some new hockey fans as well.”
