Bryan Etter Returns to Macon

Macon, GA – Defensemen Bryan Etter has returned to the Macon Mayhem after a stint in the ECHL.

The 27-year old defensemen returns to the Southern Professional Hockey League after being loaned to the Jacksonville Icemen. In 9 games with Jacksonville, Etter tallied 1 assist. Etter has been a well-traveled player so far this season as he has spent time on loan in the ECHL with the South Carolina Stingrays, Tulsa Oilers, Cincinnati Cyclones, and Fort Wayne Komets as well. In 19 games for the Mayhem, Etter has 5 points (2 goals and 3 assists) while playing a vital role in the defensive zone for the Mayhem.

In a corresponding move, the Mayhem have waived forward Brendan Hussey. In 42 games for the Mayhem this season, the Medford, MA native tallied 6 goals and 14 assists.

Etter is expected to travel this weekend and be available for the two game road set against Fayetteville.
